Absolutely! All of our Mad Hatters have to undergo background checks and provide references before we send them out to our clients’ homes and businesses. We are also fully licensed, bonded, and insured.

Each job is unique. We are happy to give you a general time estimate when we schedule your cleaning. We build each crew based on the size of the house and the level of cleaning requested. Most jobs can be completed by 1 to 4 Mad Hatters.
No, you do not have to be home at any point during your cleaning. If you would like to provide a walk-through of your home on your first cleaning, we are happy to oblige. After cleaning is completed, please take a moment to ensure everything was done to your satisfaction.
Payment is due when services are rendered. We accept personal checks, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), money orders and cash payments. If we are cleaning your home for the first time, payment must be in the form of cash or credit card. Any special arrangements should be made prior to the day of cleaning.
No, our prices do not include any tips or gratuity, nor are they ever required. However, your cleaning crew will definitely appreciate your generosity in recognizing a job well done.
Not at all! Our Mad Hatters will bring with them everything needed to ensure your cleaning experience is spectacular. We use a combination of traditional and green cleaning products which are best suited to the needs at hand. If you have certain products you would prefer for us to use, just let us know and we will do everything we can to accommodate your preferences.
